Job Description:
Senior Systems Integration Analyst
The Systems Integration Analyst will provide application support and development to the business systems for Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. This individual will focus on business operations through technology and contribute to systems related business and technology projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing maintenance and support for these systems adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley compliant application support processes.
• Participating in project planning sessions with customers, business analysts, and team members to review business requirements, and assess feasibility of the solution or system enhancements.
• Overseeing subsets of IT projects, updating or maintaining project schedules, cost and resource estimates with project manager to assure delays and cost overruns are prevented.
• Supporting of design, analysis, development, implementation and testing of new systems, modifications, and interfaces
• Developing, modifying and integrating systems per written specifications and industry standards
• Adhering to project management methodology and standards
• Maintaining open communication with project team, customers, and when applicable, external vendors. Facilitating or participating in regular project status meetings.
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with external vendors providing products or services utilized by the organization.
• Developing test plans for systems integration and user acceptance testing.
• Testing and implementing systems that have been developed or modified, ensuring the solution meets the needs of the customer and business.
• Providing recommendations on how to integrate hardware and software solutions.
• Providing second tier, and sometimes third tier support within areas of expertise.
• Creates and manages system documentation for thos systems developed or modified.
• Keeping up to date on industry trends and technology advances.
• Integrating new technology and makes recommendations on how it can be used.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, or related IT/business degree program.
• Four years of information technology experience and knowledge of at least one programming language, multiple hardware platforms, operating systems and database management systems.
• Experience in relational database applications development is required. Oracle database/tools (forms, reports, PL/SQL) required.
• Experience supporting business applications.
• Demonstrates knowledge of system development, integration methodologies and programming languages.
• Individual must possess excellent communication skills

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience in web technology is desirable
• Has industry knowledge, solid understanding of current and emerging IT products, services, processes, and methodologies
